Henry Butcher Malaysia (Sarawak) Sdn. Bhd. is a member of Henry Butcher Malaysia providing professional Real Estate and Plant & Machinery valuation services. 

Henry Butcher Malaysia commenced operations in 1987 in Kuala Lumpur under a licensing arrangement with Henry Butcher & Co (now known as GoIndustry DoveBid) of the United Kingdom.

In 1993, Henry Butcher Malaysia (Sarawak) was established and grown into a reputable brand for real estate and plant & machinery appraisals. Being a panel valuer for most of the major banks in Malaysia, we strive to deliver the best possible product for our clients, with expert consultation and professional agency services.

Henry Butcher Malaysia today has over 25 offices nationwide, boasting over 1000 staffs.

CHIENG YU TANG is the Director of Henry Butcher Malaysia (Sarawak) Sdn. Bhd.

With over 30 years of experience as a real estate professional and a holder of BSc. (Honours) in Housing, Building and Planning. Chieng is a Registered Valuer, Estate Agent and a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Surveyors Malaysia (RISM) who was instrumental in mega projects such as the Imperial Mall, Riverbank Suites Apartment, Chonglin Plaza (Apartment Hotel and Serviced Apartment) and other recent developments in Kuching. 

He has vast experience in project management, marketing, management of valuation & estate agency, auction, consultancy and feasibility studies.
